Shred-It Results

Before starting with Shred-It these are the figures the Shred-It South Africa were facing and placing last in the EMEAA Region, within the Shred_it Organisation, which was present in 13 Countries in the EMEAA Region at the time, with well over 30 branches active. 

* As per the image to the left you will see the figures for October 2016, Standing on 18% of the years cumulative annual target

*As per the next image on the left you will see not only was the company struggling to stay on the board, they also had the 3rd worst ranked Sales Person, whom we worked closely with and we will present her growth throughout the performance results. She will be going by the Name Nadia going forward, due to obvious reasons.

The Best Sales Person in SA at this time was sitting on 44% of her Year to date Cumulative Annual Target ranking 188th out of 220 Sales People in the EMEAA Region and as you can see on the left Nadia Ranked 3rd Last  out of 220 and was on 12% of her YTD.

Also as you can see to the right, Nadia was already no longer in the Bottom 5, She was now placed 207th out of 220.

Shred-It Contacted Hudson Strategy in November 2016

Hudson Strategy Started Assessments in December and started a few basic changes nothing to serious as it was the year end and short month with 2 weeks of work. These are the YTD Figures that the company finished on finishing 2nd last in the EMEAA Region. 

Hudson Strategy was applied and we we working with the entire sales team including hiring of additional staff.

January 2017
*As per the image on the left as you can see SA was placed 1st out of now 14 countries, in the EMEAA Region at 272% of YTD Target.

*Below image shows how Nadia went from 3rd worst to 2nd Best sales rep with 636% of her YTD target plus we had another sales rep Siya who was sitting at 6th Place on 356% of his YTD Target.

February 2017
*As per the image on the left as you can see SA was placed 3rd out of now 15 countries, in the EMEAA Region at 149% of YTD Target.

*Below image shows how Nadia is sitting at 3rd Best sales rep with 334% of her YTD target plus we have  Siya who was sitting at 11th Place on 198% of Target.

March 2017 to June 2017

Hudson Strategy wasn’t present during this period, the Company and Sales team, were left to their own devices and we later returned in July 2017 for reassessment and some minor touch ups for the final stretch of the year, as the entire company and Sales Team had achieved a drive to feature in the top 3 for the end of the year.

Below you will see how the remainder of the year went for the company and its sales team.

By rejoining the company for our follow up and touch up training and recapping sessions the sales team and company started picking up on the minor errors they were making and began to put them back on track as we began to prepar them for the back half of the year to which they wanted to fight for the best in the EMEAA Region.

July 2017
*As per the image on the left as you can see SA was placed 2nd out of 15 countries, in the EMEAA Region at climb again to 153% of YTD Target.

*Below image shows how Nadia is sitting at 7th Best sales rep with 274% of her YTD target plus we had Siya who was sitting at 14th Place on 198% of Target.

August 2017
*As per the image on the left as you can see SA was back up to 2nd of 15 countries, in the EMEAA Region at a fast climb to 164% of YTD Target.

*Below image shows how Nadia is back in the Top 5 at 5th place with 302% of her YTD target and we had Siya who was sitting at 15th Place on 215% of Target.

September 2017
*As per the image on the left as you can see SA was holding 2nd of 15 countries, in the EMEAA Region at a another climb to 167% of YTD Target.
Singapore is far way away and i was sure that we may be to close to the end of the year to pass them but we push forward none the less.

*Nadia is sitting at 6th Best sales rep with 302% of her YTD target and we had Siya who was moving up the ranks slowly and now at 15th Place on 220% of Target. Leigh was another rep one of which we assisted in employing earlier in the year where she was now showing results and rising through the ranks sitting in the top 50 out of 337 sales reps throughout the EMEAA Region.

*Right image shows how Nadia has dropped to 6th place only by 3% and is determained to finish Top 5, she currently sits at 5th place with 319% of her YTD target and we had Siya who was sitting at 11th Place on 222% of Target and Leigh at 39th place and at 132% of her YTD Target.

October 2017
*As per the image on the left as you can see SA holding 2nd of now 18 countries, in the EMEAA Region at a fast motivated climb to 173% of YTD Target.

Singapore dropping in sales over this month and the rise in sales this month from SA, it puts them in arms length of achieving the companies and Sales Teams goals.

*Below image shows how Nadia is back in the Top 5 at 5th place with 302% of her YTD target and we had Siya who was sitting at 15th Place on 215% of Target.

CONCLUSION

Hudson Strategy wasn’t present for November and December period, the Company and Sales team, were motivated and we only asked that for the last month and a half of the year they give it everything they got and do what ever they have to, to get the goal the want. With the goal of taking 1st place overall as a company they pushed on.

The final results for December 2017 were as follows:
South Africa Past Singapore in November by 3% and unfortunately finished 2nd over all with Singapore beating them by 1%.
SA Finished on a high and well earned 2nd place at 237% of their Annual Target.

Nadia worked hard with her eye on the prize climbing through the ranks from 3rd worst sales person in the EMEAA Region to a force to be recon’d with finishing 5th over all at 391% of Target.

Siya fought to get into the top 10 missing it by a fraction, finishing 11th with 261% of Target.

Last but not least, Leigh showed great learning and the ability to grow through the ranks coming out with a result any new sale rep should be proud of, finishing at 33rd place out of now 337 Sales People with 147% of her Target.

The Hudson Strategy is not a full time employment its merely the tool in which you need to get your sales team where they need to be and then we show them what their capable of.
